This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the following parties in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation and the regulations governing distance contracts.

Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”
1.2 Buyer
The natural or legal person who creates an order through the Seller’s website and whose details are provided during checkout.
Hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer.”
The Seller and the Buyer may each be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale, payment, shipment, delivery, return, and warranty of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
The products offered by the Seller include, but are not limited to, paintless dent repair (PDR) tools, PDR rods, PDR lamps, accessories, glue-pulling products, silicone products, ceramic coating products, polishing products, automotive repair equipment, and related tools.
3. Product Information and Price
The product name, type, quantity, brand or model, colour where applicable, unit price, total order amount, payment method, delivery method, and shipping cost are displayed on the product page and/or at checkout before the Buyer completes the order.
Prices displayed on the website are sales prices and remain valid until updated or changed by the Seller. Promotional prices are valid only for the period stated in the relevant promotion.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the product information, total price, applicable shipping charges, payment terms, and delivery information.
4. Payment
Payment shall be made using the payment method selected by the Buyer during checkout.
The order will be processed after payment has been successfully authorised and received, unless another payment method has been expressly agreed by the Seller.
5. Shipping, Delivery and Customs
The shipping cost, if applicable, is shown to the Buyer before the order is completed. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the website or at checkout, shipping charges are paid by the Buyer.
The Seller will dispatch the order within a reasonable period after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier, customs procedures, stock availability, and other factors outside the Seller’s reasonable control.
For international shipments, the Buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. The Seller is responsible only for the shipping cost where the Seller has expressly agreed to provide free shipping.
The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Where the Buyer is legally entitled to withdraw from the purchase, the Buyer may return unused and resalable products within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by email within the withdrawal period. The Buyer may request a return form from the Seller.
Returned products must:
- be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition;
- include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items supplied with the order;
- be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping; and
- be sent with the completed return form or a clear written explanation identifying the order and reason for return.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Products that are damaged, used beyond the inspection necessary to determine their nature and characteristics, incomplete, or returned without their original accessories may be subject to a reduction in refund value or may not be eligible for a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the Seller will process the applicable refund using the original payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements.
7. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
The Buyer should inspect the package and product upon delivery. If the product is visibly damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, the Buyer should contact the Seller as soon as possible and provide photographs or other relevant information.
The Seller will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
Damage caused by improper use, accident, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions is not covered by warranty.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by any applicable statutory warranty rights. Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, its terms and duration will be determined by the relevant manufacturer or warranty documentation.
For warranty requests, the Buyer must contact the Seller and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or videos where requested. The Seller may ask the Buyer to return the product for inspection before determining whether the issue is covered by warranty.
9. General Provisions
The Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted the preliminary information provided on the Seller’s website before placing the order, including the product’s main characteristics, price, shipping charges, delivery details, payment method, return policy, and warranty information.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, transport interruptions, customs delays, communication failures, or circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
The Seller reserves the right to update this Agreement when necessary. The version accepted by the Buyer at the time of placing the order shall apply to that order.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Buyer’s country of residence.
For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Buyer may apply to the relevant consumer arbitration committee, consumer court, or other competent authority in accordance with applicable law.
11. Acceptance
By completing an order through the Seller’s website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement, the preliminary information, and the return and warranty conditions.
